Dr. Phillips has practiced family medicine for over 20 years. He received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985 and completed his residency in general surgery at Phoenix General Hospital.

Dr. Phillips is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is Chairman of the Department of Family Practice and Medical Director of Transitional Care at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors and the House of Delegates of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Phillips is on staff at several Valley hospitals, including John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital in Phoenix.
